It is now just over 2 weeks since Audience Systems changed to Hilton Vending as our drink & snack supplier and I would like to take this opportunity to express my total satisfaction with the service your company has provided. The change over went very well, your machines were up and running by midday, and apart from one minor machine fault which was attended to very quickly, have worked perfectly since. The consensus of opinion is that the drink quality is an improvement over the previous supplier, particularly the soup & chocolate, The Water Cooler & the Snack Machine are proving very popular, it is hard to believe that these additional facilities have been provided and we still have a substantial saving compared to the previous company. lt is also good to see the replenishment operative arrive in a van with all supplies on board - not a family car as with the previous outfit.
