| The Managed Service allows our customer total freedom from involvement with the vending facilities in their establishment. Hilton Vending provide route operatives to call on a regular basis to replenish, clean and maintain drinks, snacks, cans, bottle and food machines. |

| We recognise the need for equipment to be operational at all times therefore we provide local service engineers to call on an emergency basis, inclusive of full technical back up parts and labour. In addition to which being a local company we endeavour to keep our service response to within 4 hours. |

| Our highly experienced, fully trained engineers underpin our business - they receive training both in-house and with the machine manufacturers. |
